General Terms and Condition

• Farmers who wish to undertake individual farming under the contract themselves, the agricultural land is required to be at least 03acres or more than 03 acres at the same location. If there are less than 05 acres of agricultural land, the farmer will have to bear the transport expenses.
• If the farmer is unable to get technical assistance it is mandatory for a farmer to have such a person in that situation with the knowledge of WhatsApp, email, or other electronic means. He can collect information through digital help from CSPL.
• The farmer will be given technical information or other information from time to time by the CSPL.
• It is mandatory for the farmer to get the soil test done, the next process will be done after receiving the soil test report.
• To book the plant, the farmer has to pay 50% in advance.
• Preparation of land will be mandatory for the farmers following the guidelines given by CSPL.
• According to the -series given by CSPL, it is mandatory for the farmer to have stock of fertilizers and pesticides.
• Farmers will have to plant saplings within 24-48 hours after plant delivery, it is mandatory to inform CSPL after completion of transplanting. (It will be the responsibility of the farmer to inform.)
• According to the schedule chart provided by CSPL, fertilizer and pesticides will have to be applied to the plants. Farmers will have to follow the schedule chart.
• Fertilizers, fertilizer bills, and empty packet boxes used by the farmer will have to be maintained by the farmer for the termination of the contract.
• After the fruit is ready for sale, the agricultural product will be purchased by CSPL.
• If the farmer does not want to sell his product to the company or he wants to sell his products in another institution or market then in that case it is mandatory for the farmer to take permission from CSPL in return.
• CSPL reserves the right to cancel the contract if the farmer is found to be in violation of the contract rules.
• Before the contract expiry period, if the farmer cancels the contract or violates the contract conditions, he can cancel the contract by paying a fine of Rs. 10 thousand per acre in that case.
• The amount of the product purchased by CSPL will be deposited in the bank account of the farmer within 05 working days.
• Farmers will be responsible for packing and loading the product, the cost of packaging material and freight will be beard by the  farmer.

General Terms and Condition

• Under the contract, the agricultural farming organization must have agricultural land in the same area of ​​05 acres or more than 05 acres.
• For agricultural management, it is necessary to have at least 1 supervisor for each agricultural form.
• The CSPL will provide technical information or other information from time to time to the agricultural producer.
• It is mandatory for agricultural producers to get a soil test done, the next process will be done after receiving the soil test report.
• 100% advance payment will have to be made to the agricultural producer to book the plant.
• It will be mandatory for the agricultural producer to follow the guidelines given by the CSPL for the preparation of the land.
• According to the time series given by CSPL, it is mandatory to have stock of fertilizer and pesticide with the agricultural producer.
• Transplanting of saplings will be done to the agricultural producer within 24-48 hours after the plant is distributed, it is mandatory to inform the CSPL after the completion of transplanting. (Responsibility of reporting will be supervisory.)
• According to the schedule chart provided by CSPL, fertilizer and pesticide will have to be put on the plants, keeping the fertilizer bills and empty packets and cartons used by the agricultural producer till the contract expiry period will happen.
• After the fruit is ready for sale, the agricultural product will be purchased by CSPL.
• Agricultural Producing Organization cannot sell any product in any other Institutional Market of its own accord.
• Agricultural Producing Organization cannot sell any product in any other Institutional Market of its own accord. If the Agricultural Producer Society wants to sell products in other institutions or markets, then in that case it is mandatory for the Agricultural Producer Society to get permission from CSPL in writing.
• If the agricultural producer is found to be in violation of the contract rules.
• CSPL reserves the right to cancel the contract in that case.
• Before the contract expiry period, if the agricultural producer cancels the contractor violates the terms of the contract, in that case, it can cancel the contract by paying a fine of Rs. 10 thousand per acre.
• The amount of the product purchased by CSPL will be deposited in the bank account of the agricultural producer within 05 working days.
• The responsibility of weighing, packing, and loading the product will be the responsibility of the agricultural group/members, the cost of packing material and freight will be borne by the farmer.
• To do contract farming, a copy of the following document has to be attached.

• In each group, it is necessary to have 1 head of the group to operate the group.

• Every member of the group will have to plant saplings within 24-48 hours after plant delivery, it is mandatory to inform CSPL after transplanting is completed. (Group head will be responsible for giving information.)
• According to the schedule chart provided by CSPL, fertilizer and pesticides will have to be applied to the plants. All members of the group must follow the schedule chart.
• According to the schedule chart provided by CSPL, fertilizer and pesticide will have to be put on the plants, the fertilizer purchased by the farmer, bills of fertilizer and empty packet-boxes used will have to be maintained by the farmer till the contract expiry period.
• After the fruit is ready for sale, the agricultural product will be purchased by CSPL.
• No member of an agricultural group can sell any product in any other institutional market of its own accord. If a member of the group wants to sell the product in another institution or market, in that case, the head of the group must get permission from the CSPL in writing. 
• CSPL reserves the right to cancel the contract if any member of the group is found to be in violation of the contract rules.
• Before the contract expiry period, if the group cancels the contractor violates the terms of the contract, in that case, it can cancel the contract by paying a fine of Rs. 10 thousand per acre.
• During the contract period, if the group members are out of the group, there is a shortage in production due to being out of the group or any other problem occurs, in that case, the contract will be cancelled by the CSPL.
• The amount of the product purchased by CSPL will be deposited in the bank account of the agricultural group members within 05 working days.
• The responsibility of weighing, packing, and loading the product will be the responsibility of the agricultural group/members, the cost of packing material and freight will be borne by the farmer

• जो किसान अनुबंध के अंतर्गत स्वयम व्यक्तिगत खेती करना चाह रहे हैं, व्यक्तिगत खेती के लिए कृषि भूमि एक ही क्षेत्र में कम से कम 02 एकड़ या 02 एकड़ से ज़्यदा होना आवश्यक है। 03 एकड़ से कम कृषि भूमि होने पर उत्पाद क्रय- विक्रय के दौरान भाड़े का खर्च किसान को देना होगा। 
• यदि किसान टेक्निकल जानकारियां आदान-प्रदान करने में असक्षम रहता है उस स्थति में एक ऐसा व्यक्ति होना आवश्यक है। जिसको व्हाट्सअप, ईमेल में लिखने और पढ़ने का अनुभव हो  या अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यमों से CSPL के द्वारा जानकारी प्राप्त कर सके।  
• किसान को CSPL के द्वारा समय-समय पर टेक्निकल जानकारी या अन्य सूचना दी जाएगी।
• किसान को मिटटी की जाँच करवाना अनिवार्य है मिटटी जाँच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद अगली प्रक्रिया की जाएगी। 
• पौधा बुक करने के लिए किसान को 50% अग्रिम भुगतान करना होगा। 
• भूमि की तैयारी CSPL के द्वारा दिये गये दिशा-निर्देश के अनुशार किसान को करना अनिवार्य होगा।
• CSPL के द्वारा दिये गये समय-सरणी के अनुसार उर्वरक एवं कीटनाशक का भंडार किसान के पास होना अनिवार्य है। 
• पौधा वितरण होने के बाद 24-48 घंटो के अंदर किसान को पौधों की रोपाई करनी होगी, रोपाई का कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद CSPL को सूचित करना अनिवार्य है।(सूचना देने की जिम्मेदारी किसानकी होगी।)
• CSPL के द्वारा प्रदान किये गये शेड्यूल चार्ट के अनुसार उर्वरक एवं कीटनाशक को पौधो पर डालना होगा। शेड्यूल चार्टका पालन किसान को क रना होगा। 
• किसान के द्वारा ख़रीदे गए खाद, उर्वरक के बिल एवं उपयोग किये गये खाली पैकेट-डिब्बों को अनुबंध समाप्ति अवधि तक किसान को सम्भाल कर रखना होगा।
• फल विक्रय हेतु तैयार होने के बाद CSPL के द्वारा कृषि उत्पाद को ख़रीदा जायेगा।
• किसान अपनी मर्जी से कोई भी उत्पाद बेच नहीं सकता यदि किसान अन्य संस्था या बाजार में उत्पाद बेचना चाहता है तो उस स्थति में किसान को लिखित रूप में CSPL से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है।
• यदि किसान अनुबंध नियमो का उलंघन करता पाया जाता है उस स्थति में अनुबंध रद्द करने का अधिकार CSPL के पास सुरक्षित है।  
• अनुबंध समाप्ति अवधि से पहले यदि किसान अनुबंध रद्द करता हैया अनुबंध शर्तो का उलंघन करता है उस स्थति में 10 हजार रूपये प्रति एकड़ जुर्माना दे कर अनुबंध रद्द कर सकता है।
• CSPL के द्वारा ख़रीदे गये उत्पाद की राशि 05 कार्य दिवस के अंदर किसान के बैंक खाते में जमा कर दिया जायेगा।
• उत्पाद की तोड़ाई, पैकिंग, और लोडिंग की जिम्मेदारी किसान की होगी, पैकिंग मटेरियल एवं भाड़े का खर्च किसान
  के द्वारा वाहन किया जायेगा।
• अनुबंध खेती करने के लिए निम्न दस्तावेज की छाया प्रति संलग्न करना होगा। 

  टिप्पणी -  दिये गये नियम और शर्ते में मिटटी, पानी, क्षेत्रीय जलवायु के आधार पर परिवर्तन किया जा सकता है । दस्तावेज़ कृषि समूह के सभी सदस्यों से एकत्र किए जाने चाहिए।

• कृषि उत्पादक संस्था को मिटटी की जाँच करवाना अनिवार्य है मिटटी जाँच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद अगली प्रक्रिया की जाएगी। 
• पौधा बुक करने के लिए कृषि उत्पादक संस्था को 50% अग्रिम भुगतान करना होगा। 
• भूमि की तैयारी CSPL के द्वारा दिये गये दिशा-निर्देश के अनुशार कृषि उत्पादक संस्था को करना अनिवार्य होगा।

• यदि कृषि उत्पादक संस्था अनुबंध नियमो का उलंघन करते पाया जाता है उस स्थति में अनुबंध रद्द करने का अधिकार CSPL के पास सुरक्षित है।  
• अनुबंध समाप्ति अवधि से पहले यदि कृषि उत्पादक संस्था अनुबंध रद्द करता हैया अनुबंध शर्तो का उलंघन करता है उस स्थति में 10 हजार रूपये प्रति एकड़ जुर्माना दे कर अनुबंध रद्द कर सकता है।

• जो किसान समूह में अनुबंध के अंतर्गत खेती करना चाह रहे हैं,समूह में खेती के लिए कृषि भूमि एक ही क्षेत्र में 5 किलोमीटर के दायरे में कम से कम 10 एकड़ या 10 एकड़ से ज़्यदा होना आवश्यक है। प्रत्येक समूह में अधिकतम 05 किसान सम्लित हो सकते है।
• प्रत्येक समूह में समूह को संचालित करने के लिए समूह का 1 मुखिया होना आवश्यक है।
• समूह मुखिया के माध्यम से समूह के समस्त सदस्यों को टेक्निकल जानकारी प्रदान किया जायेगा। 
• समूह के मुखिया को कंपनी के द्वारा समय-समय पर टेक्निकल जानकारी या अन्य सूचना दी जाएगी।
• समूह के प्रत्येक सदस्य को मिटटी की जाँच करवाना अनिवार्य है मिटटी जाँच रिपोर्ट आने के बाद अगली प्रक्रिया की जाएगी। 
• पौधा बुक करने के लिए ग्राहक को 50% अग्रिम भुगतान करना होगा। 
• भूमि की तैयारी कंपनी के द्वारा दिये गये दिशा-निर्देश के अनुशार समूह के प्रत्येक सदस्य को करना अनिवार्य होगा।
• CSPL के द्वारा दिये गये समय-सरणी के अनुसार उर्वरक एवं कीटनाशक का भंडार समूह के प्रत्येक सदस्य के पास होना अनिवार्य है। 
• पौधा वितरण होने के बाद 24-48 घंटो के अंदर समूह के प्रत्येकसदस्य को पौधों की रोपाई करनी होगी, रोपाई का कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद CSPL को सूचित करवाना अनिवार्य है।(सूचना देने की जिम्मेदारी समूह मुखिया की होगी।)
• CSPL के द्वारा प्रदान किये गये शेड्यूल चार्ट के अनुसार उर्वरक एवं कीटनाशक को पौधो पर डालना होगा। शेड्यूल चार्टका पालन समूह के समस्त सदस्यों को करना होगा। 
• CSPL के द्वारा प्रदान किये गये शेड्यूल चार्ट के अनुसार उर्वरक एवं कीटनाशक को पौधो पर डालना होगा, किसान के द्वारा ख़रीदे गए खाद, उर्वरक के बिल एवं उपयोग किये गये खाली पैकेट-डिब्बों को अनुबंध समाप्ति अवधि तक किसान को सम्भाल कर रखना होगा।
• फल विक्रय हेतु तैयार होने के बाद CSPL के द्वारा कृषि उत्पाद को ख़रीदा जायेगा।
• कृषि समूह का कोई भी सदस्य किसी अन्य संस्थाया बाजार मेंअपनी मर्जी से कोई भी उत्पाद बेच नहीं सकता यदि समूह का कोई सदया अन्य संस्था या बाजार में उत्पाद बेचना चाहता है तो उस स्थति में समूह के मुखिया को लिखित रूप में CSPL से अनुमति लेना अनिवार्य है।
• यदि समूह का कोई भी सदस्य अनुबंध नियमो का उलंघन करता पाया जाता है उस स्थति में अनुबंध रद्द करने का अधिकार CSPL के पास सुरक्षित है।  
• अनुबंध समाप्ति अवधि से पहले यदि समूह अनुबंध रद्द करता हैया अनुबंध शर्तो का उलंघन करता है उस स्थति में 10 हजार रूपये प्रति एकड़ जुर्माना दे कर अनुबंध रद्द कर सकता है।
• अनुबंध अवधि के दौरान यदि समूह के सदस्य समूह से बाहर होते है बाहर होने के कारण उत्पादन में कमी होती है या अन्य समस्या आती है उस स्थति में CSPL के द्वारा अनुबंध रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
• CSPL के द्वारा ख़रीदे गये उत्पाद की राशि 05 कार्य दिवस के अंदर कृषि समूह सदस्यों के बैंक खाते में जमा कर दिया जायेगा।
• उत्पाद की तोड़ाई, पैकिंग, और लोडिंग की जिम्मेदारी कृषि समूह/सदस्योंकी होगी, पैकिंग मटेरियल एवं भाड़े का खर्च किसान CSPL के द्वारा वहन किया जायेगा।
• अनुबंध खेती करने के लिए निम्न दस्तावेज की छाया प्रति संलग्न करना होगा। 

रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म

• वितरण चलान की स्व प्रमाणित छाया प्रति।
• बिल की स्व प्रमाणित छाया प्रति।
• कृषि समूह के सभी सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड का स्व प्रमाणित छाया प्रति।
• समूह मुखिया का शपथ – पत्र।
• खसरा की स्वप्रमाणित छाया प्रति।
• मिट्टी परिक्षण रिपोर्ट की स्व प्रमाणित छाया प्रति।
• कृषि समूह के सभी सदस्यों का।
• कृषि समूह सदस्यों द्वारा अनुमोदित बैंक खता का पासबुक/ अथवा रद्द किया हुआ चेकबुक की छाया प्रति।
