Stock Receiving (as per quality and indent). QC check and Inventory management. •
Ensure stock availability throughout the operating hours. •
Handle warehouse and delivery operations, which includes Order processing, Monitoring and coordinating the picking process, assigning, QC, audit, Order billing, and dispatching.
• Handling Last Mile delivery Ops, Tracking, and in-time delivery of orders.
• Monitoring and installing preventive actions for customer complaints related to quality, delivery, etc. New process development and execution for streamlining the Ops.
• Handling daily sales cash.
• Manage cost, quality, and efficiency to achieve operations SLAs
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Requirements
• Team handling experience. Should have handled a team of 10+ members( Blue collared employees).
• Good at delegating tasks and getting work done.
• Basic system knowledge: excel
• Strong Inventory Knowledge
• Ability and willingness to identify the root cause/deep dive and solve issues.
• Having experience in last-mile delivery operations/ Warehouse management.
• Having a keen focus on product and service quality
