Soil Condition for Lalit Guava Plant:-

Guava can be successfully grown under tropical and sub-tropical climates up to an altitude of 1000-1500 m MSL. Dry moderate winter and summer coupled with an annual rainfall of 1000 mm are ideal for its growth and development. Being a hardy crop it can thrive well in all types of soil.

For good fruit production, guava trees are not planted in areas with high wind velocity. If there is rain at the time of harvesting, the quality of the crop decreases.
