Sustainable Farming

Around 70% of fresh water is been used for agriculture. And the water managers are in huge pressure for controlling the water wastage that should not be done. In light of these challenges the farmers are using many techniques to save the water for farming, such as innovative irrigation system and aslo by improving the condition of soil health. The farmers are working on there startegies to improve water management and ensure a vibrant agriculture sector and food security.

Our ecosytem or our environement has become a matter of concern from the few decades. This has led us to adopt the new strategies, alternative methods for controlling the pollution and changing climate which is affecting our farming. Our such Initiative is Sustainable farming. This means adopting and working on that farming techniques which is profitable to farmers, society and also the the environment.

Sustainable Farming is a good method as it helps the farmers to adopt the new method and recycle the old agriculture product, such as using the old agriculture crop and animal manure for farming purpose as these things are used to make the soil fertile.

Crop Rotation method can also be used in sustainable farming, as this will maintaon the soil nutrients and keep the soil rich and potent. Collection of rainwater can also be used in farming for irrigation purpose. We can also use hydroponics technique of farming as nowdays because of these modern techniques of farming the crops are been grown without any soil but by there roots, so this method can be used for farming.

Sustainable farming is not only economical, but it also helps in the conservation of our natural resources. Sustainable farming also reduce needs for chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This makes the process organic and clean.
